- Quality assurance monitoring


 3.2 Service Availability

- We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime

- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance

- Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice


 4. Account Registration and Security


 4.1 Account Requirements

- Must be a legally registered business

- Must provide accurate and complete information

- Must maintain current contact information

- Must protect account credentials


 4.2 Security Obligations

- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

- Notify us immediately of any security breaches

- Implement reasonable security measures

- Regular password updates required


 5. Payment Terms


 5.1 Pricing and Billing

- Fees are based on selected service tier

- Billing occurs monthly in advance

- Payments accepted in Comorian Franc (KMF)

- Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest


 5.2 Refunds

- No refunds for partial month usage

- Service credits may be issued for extended outages

- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days


 6. Client Obligations


 6.1 Acceptable Use

- Comply with all applicable laws

- Maintain accurate client records

- Provide truthful information

- Respect intellectual property rights


 6.2 Prohibited Activities

- Unauthorized access attempts

- Distribution of malware

- Harassment or abuse

- Fraudulent activities

- Violation of Comorian laws


 7. Data Management


 7.1 Data Ownership

- Clients retain ownership of their data

- End-user data remains property of Clients

- Aggregated analytics may be used by us


 7.2 Data Protection

- Data stored in Comoros-based facilities

- Regular backups performed

- Industry-standard encryption used

- Compliance with local data protection laws


 8. Intellectual Property


 8.1 Ownership

- Platform and technology owned by Prime Gaming

- Client data owned by respective Clients

- Custom developments as per separate agreements


 8.2 License Grants

- Limited license to use platform

- Non-exclusive, non-transferable

- Subject to these Terms

- No white-labeling without written agreement


 9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)


 9.1 Performance Metrics

- Response time < 10 seconds

- 99.9% uptime guarantee

- 24/7 support availability

- Regular performance reporting


 9.2 Service Credits

- Credits issued for SLA violations

- Must be claimed within 30 days

- Applied to future invoices

- Non-transferable


 10. Limitation of Liability


 10.1 Service Limitations

- Provided "as is" and "as available"

- No guarantee of uninterrupted service

- Force majeure exceptions

- Technical limitations acknowledgment


 10.2 Liability Caps

- Limited to fees paid in previous 12 months

- Excludes gross negligence
